Taft and his wife, Dana, feel like their lives in the art business is best described as “controlled chaos”.  This particular series is defined by its contrasting styles. Control represents the planning of the colors and the layers, which clash together with the chaotic addition of texture, accents and splashes of paint. These elements all mesh to become something that is both organized and random, yin and yang, or simply Controlled Chaos.  It is the essence of an artist letting their soul be displayed through art on a canvas.
